We want you to love your ChronSac bag. If something isn’t right, our returns process is simple and customer-first. Please read the policy below before requesting a return.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for any of the following reasons:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective (stitching, hardware, lining issues, etc.)
  • You received the wrong item, size, or color
  • The item differs materially from its product description

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Email contact@chronsac.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue.
  2. Attach 2–4 photos (or a short video) showing the problem, plus the outer packaging.
  3. Our team reviews requests within 24–48 hours and sends you return instructions.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we confirm the returned item (quality-issue returns are refunded in full, including standard shipping).
  • For non-quality returns (e.g., change of mind on a non-defective item), contact us — we evaluate these case by case and may apply a restocking and return shipping fee.

4. Exchanges

Prefer a replacement? We ship a new unit as soon as your return is picked up by the carrier in most cases. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours. For lost packages, we work with the carrier to investigate and will reship or refund once the investigation confirms loss (typically within 7 business days).

6. Non-Returnable Situations

  • Items damaged by misuse, alteration, or improper care
  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items without proof of purchase

7. Order Cancellation

Need to cancel? If your order has not shipped yet, we cancel and refund it in full — no fees. Check your order confirmation email or contact us as soon as possible.
